Office

I am proud to offer both virtual and in-person therapy to folks that live in the state of Texas. If you’re unsure which type of therapy you’d prefer, I’m happy to help you explore the benefits and downsides associated with both in person and online work.

Virtual Therapy: Although many of us are used to doing things virtually, some might have questions about the privacy and security of doing therapy online. I hope if you’re one of those folks, you’ll read more about the process of secure, HIPAA-compliant video (sometimes called televideo) counseling I offer here. Practically speaking, you’ll recieve a secure link to our session the morning of your appoitnment, and again 10-15 minutes before your session starts.

In-Person Therapy: My office is located at 508 Deep Eddy Avenue in Austin, TX. I see folks here on Tuesdays for both individual and group therapy work. For individual therapy please park in the lot associated with the building and head up to the lobby on the second floor. I’ll be out to greet you at the time of our session. Unless you opt out, you’ll recieve a reminder of our session 48 hours ahead of time.
